Secured by a first mortgage security interest on real estate, private loans offer attractive interest income versus the risk of principal loss. Northeast Asset Lending, LLC will source, and service secured, private real estate loans on behalf of participant co-investors.
Program Features:
Current Income paid monthly from interest charged to the borrowers. Principal is typically repaid in less than 12 months.
Capital Preservation supported by a first position security interest provided by first mortgages on real estate combined with prudent advance rates, loan-to-values typically below 70%.
Investment Diversification – Investors may spread their investments across a well-diversified pool of real estate loans to limit exposure to any particular borrower, property type, geography, or loan type.
